Timeless Changes Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization that supports non-glamorous but essential activities, filling gaps where most other charitable and not-for-profit organizations tend to leave out of their mandate. We choose to find committed individuals and organizations that are engaged in activities in one of our four Focus Areas and support them in ways of their choosing, filling in the gaps of where they are not currently funded.

Directors of Timeless Changes Foundation


Ms. Lakshmi Ayyagari, Ph.D., helps focus the Foundation on Education and human development based on her experience in teaching pre-school children to undergraduates in various cultural milieu. Her strengths in processing financial numbers and coming up with strategies guide the efforts of the Foundation in helping people adopt a Debt-Free lifestyle.

Mr. Krishnajee Ayyagari, Ph.D., has experience as a Banker and an Engineer. His extensive background in the nurturing of small scale industries in developing economies gives unique guidance to the Foundation's projects.

Mr. Narender Kande, MBA (PGDRM), is a rural management professional with about two decades of experience in managing and guiding large-scale development programs at DHAN Foundation. He is one of the Founding members of DHAN Foundation, a renowned development organization in India working in nine states and serving about a million poor. He is currently working as advisor for Sir Ratan Tata Trust and other development organizations. He is also a Board member of the Sahayog CCN, India and DHAN International, Netherlands. His contacts in the world of self-help and not-for-profit organizations and his experience with microfinance add value to the Foundation.

Ms. Sneha Ayyagari is a junior at Coppell High School in Coppell, TX. Using the money earned from an essay contest and birthday money, she co-founded the Louie Foundation, our partner organization. As a testament to Louie and the countless other animals and children without a voice, the Louie Foundation is working to shed light on issues related to the welfare of animals, wildlife and children by supporting  organizations dedicated to these causes through fund raising, volunteerism, and education.

Ms. Raga Ayyagari is a high-school student in the US.  She is passionate about animal welfare and children's issues.  As a co-founder of the Louie Foundation, she brings to the Timeless Changes Foundation, a human perspective on education and quality of life projects. 

Chairman and CEO:
Mr. Prabu Ayyagari, Ph.D., PMP, PgMP, has a background in business and in science. His interests in sustainable development inspire some of our Foundation projects.
